On the basis of Autobild testing, Dunlop Sport All Season excels in areas like Comfort, Wet circle cornering, Aquaplaning - cross & longitudal, and Dry handling. However, it lacks somewhat in Snow handling and has prolonged Dry braking distances. It ranked 6th out of 32 tested tyres.
The Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF2, on the other hand, stood out for its Aquaplaning - longitudal capabilities and Exterior noise reduction. It also showed ensured safety in aquaplaning and dynamic and safe performance on dry as well as wet roads but falls short in mileage and has a high rolling resistance. Still, it managed to secure the 14th rank.
In the Autoklub ČR test, the positions varied with Dunlop securing 7th and Pirelli securing 4th rank out of the 10 tyres tested. It's important to note that none of the tyres got replaced with a newer model, making them still a great option for the all-around section.
Overall, each of these tyres have their strengths and weaknesses. Considerations such as comfort, low noise emission and superior handling make Dunlop a good option, while Pirelli stands strong with its good handling characteristics, whether on dry or wet terrains, and less exterior noise.
