In this comparison, we are reviewing two premium summer tyres, the Uniroyal RainSport 3 and the Falken Azenis FK510. These tyres have been subjected to numerous tests and offer strong performance in their respective fields.


The Uniroyal RainSport 3 is notable for its performance during wet conditions, which is a name derived from its greatest strength. Despite that, it performed well with a ranking of 6th position in a total of 52 tyres in Autobild test. However, the Uniroyal RainSport 3 did not have a newer model replacement, suggesting that there might be no significant improvements made following this model.


On the other hand, the Falken Azenis FK510 made quite the name for itself. Achieving a remarkable 3rd position out of 52 tyres tested, the features that stood out were its exterior noise levels, price/value, and rolling resistance. According to the test data, these factors played a critical role in its high-ranking position. The Falken Azenis FK510 also had a successor, known as the Falken Azenis FK520, thus indicating continuous improvements in this tyre series.


Just to align this comparison with the origin of the tyres, the Falken Azenis FK510 is manufactured either in Japan or Turkey, whereas the manufacture location of the Uniroyal RainSport 3 is not specified.


In terms of overall performance, the Falken Azenis FK510 scored dramatically better than the Uniroyal RainSport 3, with a rating of 71% in our tests. The Uniroyal RainSport 3 did not receive any rating.
