Overall, the Firestone Roadhawk seems to have a better rating at 72% compared to the Semperit Speed-Life 3 at 65%. However, considering individual strengths and weaknesses, the decision falls upon individual needs and preferences. While the Firestone Roadhawk excels in dry conditions, the Semperit Speed-Life 3 is a more reliable choice for wet conditions.
