Our comparison today focuses on two summer tyres – the Kleber Dynaxer HP3 and the Hankook Ventus Prime3 K125. Both of these tyres have been subjected to numerous tests, allowing us to assess their strengths, weaknesses and overall performance.


Beginning with the Kleber Dynaxer HP3, an offering by French manufacturer Kleber, it scored a rating of 41% in our overall assessment. Kleber Dynaxer HP3: Strengths and Weaknesses
The Kleber Dynaxer HP3's strengths lie in its efficiency in wet conditions. However, it ranked towards the bottom in the tests, indicating that it might not be as efficient in other aspects of performance when compared to some other tyres in the market.


Moving on to theHankook Ventus Prime3 K125, this tyre from South Korean manufacturer Hankook scored a significantly higher rating of 72%. It ranked 5th out of 12 tyres in the ADAC test and managed an impressive 2nd place out of 50 in the Autobild test. Top-scoring in both dry handling and dry braking in these tests, it has proven to be a standout performer especially in dry conditions. The Ventus Prime3 K125 model has been replaced by a newer model, the Hankook Ventus Prime 4.


Hankook Ventus Prime3 K125: Strengths and Weaknesses
The Hankook Ventus Prime3 K125 excels in dry conditions, with braking and handling among its highlights, but it also scored highly for wet circle cornering. Ranking significantly higher in the tests than the Kleber Dynaxer HP3, it is overall a more well-rounded choice.


In conclusion, if dry performance is a priority, theHankook Ventus Prime3 K125 emerges as the clear winner. If wet performance is more of a concern, the Kleber Dynaxer HP3 could be a viable option. Nonetheless, overall scores point to the Hankook as the superior choice between the two.
