In the Autobild test, the Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 K127 ranked third out of 53 tyres, excelling in dry and wet braking. The Sava Intensa UHP 2 ranked 17th in the same test, with its strong points being cross aquaplaning and price, as well as value for money. In the more recent Autobild 2023 test, the Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 K127 stood out for convincing driving performance, agile handling, and short wet and dry braking distances. However, it scored lower for mileage. On the other hand, the Sava Intensa UHP 2 received praise for its short dry braking distances, low rolling resistance, and affordable pricing. The tyre's weaknesses included understeering in wet and dry handling and mediocre aquaplaning resistance.


In ADAC's test, the Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 K127 ranked 14th out of 16 tyres, whereas the Sava Intensa UHP 2 did better, ranking 6th. The latter showed good performance in cross aquaplaning, fuel efficiency, and mileage.


Overall, the Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 K127 seems to be a better performer in most tests, providing better handling and braking in both wet and dry conditions, making it more suitable for sportier driving. However, its weaker mileage performance could be a downside. On the other hand, the Sava Intensa UHP 2 offers a more budget-friendly option, with good performance in some areas such as dry braking and fuel efficiency. It is worth mentioning that the Sava Intensa UHP 2 replaced the Sava Intensa UHP model, improving upon its predecessor's performance.


In conclusion, the choice between the Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 K127 and the Sava Intensa UHP 2 largely depends on your priorities.
