In this comparison, we will discuss two all-round tyres, the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 EVO and the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750, to give you a better understanding of their performance in various tests and real-world conditions. Both tyres come from well-known manufacturers, Bridgestone and Hankook. The Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 is the successor to the Hankook Kinergy 4S, while the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 EVO does not have any previous models.

According to test data from Tyre Reviews, Bridgestone Weather Control A005 EVO excels in rolling resistance, while Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 performs well in aquaplaning resistance, both cross and longitudinal. In the Autobild test, the Kinergy 4S2 H750 stands out as the winner, securing the first position out of 11 tyres. The Weather Control A005 EVO landed in third place.

In the TyreReviews.com 2022 test, the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 EVO showcased excellent grip in wet and dry conditions, good aquaplaning resistance, and short dry braking. However, it had limited snow performance with the longest braking, lowest traction, and the most challenging snow handling lap. It also had the highest internal noise. On the other hand, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 impressed with the best aquaplaning resistance, extremely short wet braking, excellent wet handling, high grip levels in dry conditions, and low noise. However, it did have high rolling resistance.

In the Autobild 2022 test, the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 EVO showed short wet braking distance and low rolling resistance. But it had only satisfactory driving qualities on snow and ice, delayed steering response, and an understeering snow handling. The Kinergy 4S2 H750 proved to be a winter expert, with convincing driving properties on snow, short wet and dry braking distances, balanced comfort, and moderate price level.

According to the Autobild 2021 test, the Weather Control A005 EVO was an all-around tyre with the best driving properties on wet and dry surfaces, good winter qualities, dynamic wet and dry handling, short wet braking distances, and fuel-saving rolling resistance. In contrast, the Kinergy 4s2 H750 demonstrated excellent driving properties in all weather conditions, dynamic handling, harmonious steering behavior, and short snow and wet braking distances, all at a low price level.

In conclusion, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 seems to offer better overall performance, especially in winter conditions, and tends to outperform the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 EVO in most tests. The Weather Control A005 EVO offers good wet and dry grip but falls short in snow performance. The Kinergy 4S2 H750 shines with its excellent grip in all conditions and better aquaplaning resistance. Both tyres have their strengths and weaknesses, but if you're looking for a well-rounded tyre, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 seems to be the better choice overall.
