The Goodyear Tyre stood out for its mileage, value-for-money, and comfort. In the GTÜ test, the Nokian secured the 2nd position with its exceptional performance in wet circle cornering and wet handling.
The Nokian WetProof shows some weaknesses in environmental friendliness, durability, and sustainability, according to AutoBild 2019. Despite these, it performs really well on both dry and wet surfaces and is deemed efficient.
Overall, both tyres hold their ground strongly in terms of performance. Goodyear Eagles Performance 2 excels at dry handling, exterior noise reduction, and wet handling. On the other hand, the Nokian WetProof significantly reduces exterior noise and provides excellent wet handling. If comfort and value-for-money are your priority, the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 may be the better choice. However, for excellent handling under wet conditions, the Nokian WetProof may come out on top.
