Comparison: Nexen N blue HD Plus vs. Kleber Dynaxer HP4 vs. Michelin Primacy 5 vs. GoodYear Efficientgrip Performance 2

Let's start by focusing our attention on the two summer tyres in the spotlight: the Nexen N blue HD plus and the Kleber Dynaxer HP4. Both tyres come with a great reputation and are made by industry-leading manufacturers, Nexen and Kleber respectively.

The Nexen N blue HD plus, a summer tyre of Korean descent, did not score high in our evaluations, coming in at 0%. Moreover, it's important to note that it has been replaced with a newer model.

On the contrast, Kleber Dynaxer HP4, also a summer tyre, stood out in our tests with an impressive 74% rating. This superior performance, however, did not save it from being replaced by a new model.

In comparative tests, the Nexen N blue HD plus took the 15th place out of 53, leaving it in the middle of the pack. Despite this, it was noted for its superior comfort, which is a crucial factor to be considered during long trips.

The Kleber Dynaxer HP4, performed slightly better, taking the 14th position in the overall test ranking. Not only was it praised for its exceptional comfort, but also for its low external noise.

Moving on to the Autobild 2022 test, the Kleber Dynaxer HP4 was praised for its good aquaplaning properties, short wet and dry braking distances, high comfort, and low rolling noise. However, it shows a lower grip in the wet and a noticeably lagging steering response, as well as an understeering driving behavior on dry runways.

In summary, these two tyres while both strong choices, it is clear that the Kleber Dynaxer HP4 is a notch above when considering performance. The Nexen N blue HD plus still has strong features and its high level of comfort cannot be overlooked. However, with both tyres having been replaced with newer designs, be sure to check out the updated models as innovations in technology and design might have led to even superior performances.
