Here we compare Michelin Primacy 4+, a successor of notable models such as Michelin Primacy 4 and Michelin Primacy 3, and Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2, an upgraded version of the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance. Manufactured by world-renowned companies Michelin and Goodyear, both of these tyres largely focus on summer performance.

Michelin Primacy 4+ showcased excellent wet grip, with short wet braking and good wet handling abilities and high aquaplaning resistance, though fell short in dry handling.


Finally, TyreReviews.com noted Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 for its balanced performance with excellent wet and dry handling, good comfort levels, and low noise, though found it average in aquaplaning resistance and dry braking. Michelin, on the other hand, impressed with balanced performance on dry and wet roads, good environmental impact, and high mileage.


Overall, Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 has slightly outperformed Michelin Primacy 4+, being particularly notable for its impressive mileage and excellent wet and dry handling skills. Although Michelin offers tremendous wet grip, its dry handling properties lag slightly behind Goodyear. If exterior noise and comfort are a concern, switching to Michelin Primacy 4+ could be a prudent choice.
