Comparison: Imperial EcoDriver 5 vs. Tristar Ecopower 4 (2026)

In this comparison, we are comparing a tyre from a manufacturer from Netherlands (Imperial) against a tyre from a manufacturer from (Tristar). Generally, Tristar summer tyres are slightly better rated (38%) than Imperial (16%). In this particular case, the Tristar Ecopower 4 has a better rating of 38% compared to 15% of the Imperial EcoDriver 5. The first tyre test of Imperial EcoDriver 5 was done in 2021, compared to 2022 when was the Tristar Ecopower 4 first tested. Important for this comparison is also the Autobild 2024 205/55 R16 test, where both the EcoDriver 5 and the Ecopower 4 were tested.
