On the other hand, the Falken ZIEX ZE310 Ecorun, made in Turkey, holds a rating of 81% with some key highlights like dynamic dry handling, good safety reserves during aquaplaning, and short dry braking distances through Autobild and ADAC tyre test results. However, it has some limiting factors, such as restricted mileage and slight weaknesses in environmental balance and efficiency noted in TyreReviews.com 2023.
Furthermore, in Vibilagare's tyre test, this tyre managed to secure the 4th position among 9 tyres, outpacing the Hankook Ventus Prime 4, which got the 6th position. There was a similar result in the ADAC test where the Falken ZIEX ZE310 Ecorun ranked 6th among 50 tyres, once again surpassing Hankook Ventus Prime 4's 9th position.
To summarize, while Hankook Ventus Prime 4, from manufacturer Hankook, excels in dry handling and braking, and has a fairly good rating, its low aquaplaning resistance and external noise may cause some inconvenience. The Falken ZIEX ZE310 Ecorun, from Falken, despite slightly lower rating, demonstrates a good all-around performance making it a reliable summer-tyre option.
