The comparative analysis is between two 'touring' type summer tyres: the Bridgestone Turanza T005 and the Hankook Ventus Prime 4.

The Bridgestone Turanza T005, manufactured in Hungary, Poland, France, and Italy, is rated 89%. According to Autoklub ČR and Autobild, the tyre exhibits excellent performance characteristics, including outstanding rolling resistance and superior cornering ability on wet roads. Autobild testing also revealed excellent braking ability on both dry and wet surfaces. Despite this high performance, the Bridgestone tyre was criticized for its limited lifespan by Autobild 2022.

In ADAC testing, the Bridgestone tyre ranked fourth while the Hankook tyre was positioned ninth among 50 tyres.

Overall, both Bridgestone and Hankook provide top-tier tyres. The Bridgestone Turanza T005 has been commended for its excellent handling and braking performance on both wet and dry surfaces but requires improvement on its lifespan. Meanwhile, the Hankook Ventus Prime 4 shows exceptional handling and good mileage but could work on improving comfort and aquaplaning handling.
