In this comparison, we are comparing a tyre from a manufacturer from (
Radar) against a tyre from a manufacturer from South Korea (
Hankook). Generally,
Hankook winter tyres are slightly better rated (83%) than
Radar (31%). In this particular case, the Hankook ION FlexClimate has a better rating of 90% compared to 53% of the Radar Dimax Alpine. The first tyre test of Radar Dimax Alpine was done in 2020, compared to 2025 when was the Hankook ION FlexClimate first tested.
