In this comparison, we are comparing a tyre from a manufacturer from Italy (
Pirelli) against a tyre from a manufacturer from Taiwan (
Maxxis). Generally,
Pirelli summer tyres are slightly better rated (79%) than
Maxxis (57%). In this particular case, the Pirelli Cinturato (C3) has a better rating of 97% compared to 26% of the Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6. The first tyre test of Pirelli Cinturato (C3) was done in 2025, compared to 2020 when was the Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6 first tested.
