In our comprehensive tyre test, we decided to place Petlas Imperium PT515 and Debica Presto HP2 under our scrutiny. Both summer tyres, manufactured by Petlas and Debica respectively, have shown different strengths and weaknesses during the tests.

The Petlas Imperium PT515, although placed at 35 out of 53 in the Autobild test and 30 out of 50 in the ADAC test, displays its strength in its high mileage and low wear, as shown in the autozeitung 2024 summary. However, the tyre's test performance indicates some noticeable weaknesses on both wet and dry surfaces and environmental sustainability - attributes that could not be overlooked. Also, its overall rating of 48% given by us could be improved.

Its best feature in the Autobild test was its value for the price. According to the autozeitung 2024 test, it has a good environmental profile, high wear resistance, and energy efficiency. However, there are some matters of concern, such as its driving safety, which according to autozeitung 2024, is not completely balanced.

It is important to note that neither of these models has been replaced by newer model.

To conclude, if you are looking for a summer tyre with cheaper price tag and good wear resistance, the Petlas Imperium PT515 might be the better choice for you. However, if safety and environmental sustainability are high on your priority list, then the Debica Presto HP2 with its impressive performance might be the one for you. Remember to always consider your specific needs and preferences when choosing a tyre.
