Our comparison focuses on the Michelin CrossClimate 2 and the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750, two reputable all-round tyres from renowned manufacturers Michelin and Hankook respectively. Both tyres were evaluated across various tests, each offering unique strengths.

While it scored 93% on our rating scale, the Michelin CrossClimate 2, manufactured in Italy and Spain, didn’t rank on the Tyre Reviews test due to the total number of tyres being zero.


Conversely, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750, which replaced the previous Hankook Kinergy 4S model, boasts of precise and secure features on dry roads, coupled with a high predicted running mileage, low wear, low weight, and low fuel consumption. On the downside, it struggled slightly on wet roads and winter conditions, also recording a slightly higher rolling noise compared to others. The tyre outperformed the Michelin CrossClimate 2 in the SPORTAUTO and ADAC tests, ranking 2nd and 3rd respectively. It received an 89% rating from us and, like Michelin CrossClimate 2, wasn’t rated in the Tyre Reviews due to a total of zero tyres in test. This tyre is manufactured in South Korea.


Between the two, the Michelin CrossClimate 2 outperforms in dry and winter conditions, offering a higher running mileage and lower wear. However, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 proves more superior in dry road conditions while also offering a high running mileage and low consumption features. Both tyres experience some struggles on wet roads, with the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 also revealing weaknesses under winter conditions.
