Maxxis) against a tyre from a manufacturer from Japan (
Bridgestone). Generally,
Bridgestone summer tyres are slightly better rated (84%) than
Maxxis (58%). In this particular case, the Bridgestone Blizzak LM-005 has a better rating of 82% compared to 42% of the Maxxis Premitra HP5. The first tyre test of Maxxis Premitra HP5 was done in 2017, compared to 2019 when was the Bridgestone Blizzak LM-005 first tested.
