In this comparison, we are comparing a tyre from a manufacturer from China (
Linglong) against a tyre from a manufacturer from Taiwan (
Maxxis). Generally,
Maxxis allround tyres are slightly better rated (65%) than
Linglong (60%). In this particular case, the Linglong Grip Master 4S has a better rating of 59% compared to 42% of the Maxxis Premitra HP5. The first tyre test of Linglong Grip Master 4S was done in 2023, compared to 2017 when was the Maxxis Premitra HP5 first tested.
