As per our rating, the Kumho HA32 Solus 4S scores 73% while the Maxxis Premitra AS AP3 is ten percentage points behind at 63%. Although these tyres are both designed for all-round use and are from Kumho and Maxxis respectively, they have distinct strengths and weaknesses.
In the Autobild test, the Kumho HA32 Solus 4S outperformed the Maxxis Premitra AS AP3, ranking 10th and 13th respectively out of 32 tested tyres. Its salient features include excellent snow braking, mileage, price/value, and external noise. The Maxxis tyre shines for its wet circle cornering and low external noise. Note that these rankings represent the tyre's overall performance, and individual attributes may differ significantly.
