It boasts very high aquaplaning resistance, outstanding braking, handling in the snow and impressive dry handling time. Despite these formidable features, the tyre struggles a bit with snow traction and somewhat long dry braking distances. In the Autobild test, frugal characteristics outshone other tyres making Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 renowned for its aquaplaning - cross performance, mileage, exterior noise and rolling resistance, helping it secure the 4th position out of 32.

The GoodYear Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 is clearly superior to the Kleber Quadraxer 2 in terms of overall performance, but it’s also true that the Kleber model performs terrifically well in certain areas such as snow grip and noise level.

In conclusion, both of these tyres are solid all-round choices, but GoodYear's offer seems to be a bit more compelling overall, especially if you expect to encounter a variety of weather conditions.
