Comparison: Kleber Dynaxer HP4 vs. Debica Presto HP2 vs. Michelin Primacy 5 vs. GoodYear Efficientgrip Performance 2

In the world of summer tyres, two brands worth mentioning are the Kleber Dynaxer HP4 and the Debica Presto HP2. Both from reputable manufacturers Kleber and Debica, they offer distinctive characteristics setting them apart in the market.

The Kleber Dynaxer HP4 is rated at 74% in our internal reviews. It came in 14th in the AutoBild test of 53 tyres, where it stood out for its comfort and exterior noise reduction. Additionally, the 2024 AutoBild highlight includes good environmental performance, operational life, and efficiency. However, there were weaknesses noticed with regard to stability on a wet surface. In another test carried out by ADAC, this model ranked 10 out of 18. It had good aquaplaning properties, short dry and wet braking distances, good comfort, and a quiet rolling noise in the AutoBild 2022 test. But it showed modest grip in wet conditions and delayed steering response.

On the other hand, the Debica Presto HP2 owned a rating of 70% from our review. Ranking 16th in the AutoBild test, it was appreciated for its price to value ratio. The 2024 AutoBild praised its environmental balance as well as resilience and efficiency. This tyre, however, presented deficiencies in safety when driving. The ADAC ranked it slightly better than the Kleber, taking 7th position out of 18 tyres tested.

In summary, both the Kleber Dynaxer HP4 and the Debica Presto HP2 hold definite strengths and weaknesses. The Kleber tyre offers great comfort and noise reduction but has less grip on wet roads. The Debica, meanwhile, brings the best price-value ratio with good longevity and efficiency but needs overall improvement in driving safety.

Generally speaking, judging by our ratings and test results from reputable organizations like AutoBild and ADAC, the Kleber Dynaxer HP4 might be a slightly better option provided you primarily drive in dry conditions. However, Debica Presto HP2 may be a suitable option for those looking for better value for money.

Furthermore, it is advisable to cross-check these tyres with respect to the conditions on which they will be used most frequently as well as your personal preferences and budget.
