Today, we compare the Gt Radial Fe2 and the Firestone Roadhawk tyre models, focusing on their performance in various tests and their features and weaknesses.

Made by Gt Radial, the GT Radial Fe2 is an UHP tyre. As per the test results, in Autobild, it positioned 19 out of 55, and in the ADAC test, it held the 22nd position out of 50. It was especially noted for its good performance on dry roads and efficiency. However, the tyre showed weaknesses on wet roads which led to its scoring, it also had a relative low tread life and fell short in environmental and sustainability balance.

Meanwhile, the Firestone Roadhawk, a summer tyre model from Firestone, superseded by the Firestone Roadhawk 2, held better test positions. It was 12th out of 55 in the Autobild test, and 20th out of 50 in the ADAC test. Firestone Roadhawk performed well on dry roads, showcasing impressive efficiency and low wear, which contributed to its ranking. Its drawbacks were balance concerns, wet road performance, and tread life which led to scoring reductions.

Verdict: The tires performed closely in tests, but Firestone Roadhawk outperformed the GT Radial Fe2 overall in mutual test positions. However, both have their strengths and weaknesses. The GT Radial Fe2 stands out in dry road conditions and efficiency. The Firestone Roadhawk has excellent efficiency, low wear, and performs well on dry roads, but its overall performance is hampered by its weaknesses under wet conditions and tread life. Therefore, it's important to consider individual driving habits and local weather conditions before making a final decision between these two tires.
