In the Autobild test, it secured a respectable 13th position among 53 competitors, with its key strengths being in comfort, value for money and mileage. It performed even better in the ADAC test, where it ranked 4th out of 15 tyres.


Kudos also to its well-balanced performance, the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 stood out as a comfortable, value-oriented tyre with good mileage. Its superior features and better test standings set it apart from many competitors. However, details about its manufacturing origin and any potential replacement models are not available.


In contrast, the Petlas Imperium PT515 received an underwhelming rating of 42%. This tyre, made in Turkey, does not seem to fare well in competition. In the Autobild test, it fell in the lower quadrant ranking 35th out of 53 tyres and it did not fare much better in the ADAC test, where it came 14th out of 15.


In the Autobild 2022 summary, the Petlas Imperium PT515 received praise for its high mileage and low wear. However, it received criticism for not being well-balanced, showing clear weaknesses on both wet and dry surfaces, being relatively heavy and having notable sustainability issues.


To conclude, according to test data, the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 delivers an overall better performance than the Petlas Imperium PT515.
