The Falken Azenis FK510, which is replaced by the Falken Azenis FK520, is a summer tyre that is made in Japan and Turkey. However, this tyre had several issues such as aquaplaning and in the balance while braking dry, as noted in the ADAC 2020 report. This makes the tyre more suitable for less demanding vehicles.

On the other hand, the Bridgestone Turanza T005, a touring-summer tyre made in Hungary, Poland, France and Italy, scored higher in our ratings at 89%. Notably, this tyre excelled in rolling resistance, wet braking and wet handling, as reported by AutoMotorSport, and dry braking according to ADAC. It also showed extremely short braking distances on wet, and was overall very balanced and dynamic on dry asphalt according to Automotorsport 2022. Its slight weakness was its performance in longitudinal aquaplaning.
