In this comparison, we are comparing a tyre from a manufacturer from USA (
Cooper) against a tyre from a manufacturer from South Korea (
Kumho). Generally,
Kumho summer tyres are slightly better rated (59%) than
Cooper (35%). The first tyre test of Cooper CS7 was done in 2022, compared to 2025 when was the Kumho WinterCraft WP52+ first tested. When it comes to comparison, eu labels can be also interesting - 100% of Cooper CS7 has C wet grip rating, whereas 77% of Kumho WinterCraft WP52+ has B rating.
