ADAC's review added further insight to these tyres' performance. Out of 16 tyres tested, Bridgestone Turanza 6 claimed the 6th position while the Kumho Ecsta HS52 attained the 3rd position. The Bridgestone was recognized for its excellent resistance to aquaplaning, low interior noise, and durability.


The Kumho Ecsta HS52, on the other hand, was applauded for its mileage and excellent cornering on wet surfaces. However, a few weaknesses were pointed out in both tyres. The Bridgestone showed minor weaknesses in dry and wet surface handling whereas the Kumho had slight weaknesses in aquaplaning behavior and higher tyre weight.
