Comparison: Bridgestone Turanza 6 vs. Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 vs. Michelin e.Primacy vs. Pirelli Cinturato P7 C2 vs. Pirelli P ZERO PZ4

When it comes to the comparison of summer tyres, two heavy contenders that come into mind are the Bridgestone Turanza 6 and the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2. Both are known for their high performance and reliability in various conditions. However, data from performed tests provides a clearer insight and understanding of their capabilities.

The Bridgestone Turanza 6, with an overall rating of 83%, is renowned for Dry Handling, having obtained outstanding results in this area. Its objective dry handling and rolling resistance features have been equally applauded by reviews. Moreover, it delivered excellent performance in aspects like Aquaplaning and Interior noise, apparently as per the ADAC test. Although the tyre stood the 6th position in both ACE and ADAC tests, it was observed to have slight weaknesses on both dry and wet roads. Bridgestone hasn't introduced a newer model to supersede Turanza 6 yet.

On the other hand, the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 secured a higher overall rating of 84%. It replaced its previous model, the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance, and has shown marked improvements. This tyre stood the 5th position in the ACE test and 9th in the ADAC's, outperforming the Turanza 6 in both. It impressed with its solid Mileage feature, as reported by ADAC. However, it ranked 13th in the Autobild test, revealing some room for improvement compared to a wider range of competitors. Visibly, Goodyear made no announcements regarding any new model replacing the Efficient Grip Performance 2 anytime soon.

In conclusion, both tyres exhibited superb features and characteristics, providing a comfortable and durable summer driving experience. Based on all test data, the Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 slightly wins over the Bridgestone Turanza 6. However, individual preferences and specific needs, such as Dry Handling or Milage, could lean the scale towards either.
