Which summer tyres in 215/45 R18 offer long tread life and good wet-weather performance?

Hello, for long tread life and good wet-weather performance in 215/45 R18, I would prioritise strong wet braking and aquaplaning resistance, then compare projected tread life among tyres that perform well in those tests. A high mileage estimate alone does not establish good wet-weather performance. The EU label’s wet-grip grade concerns braking on wet roads; it does not rate tread life. I would use it as an initial filter and check independent wet-performance and wear results before deciding. Before buying, confirm the required size, load index and speed rating in your vehicle documentation. Which car and model year is this for, and in which country will you buy the tyres?
