Hello, wash the tyres with mild washing-up liquid, water and a brush, then let them dry completely. Clean the wheels too if the tyres will remain fitted to them. I would skip tyre dressings and shine products: Continental says these are unnecessary before storage and may hinder tyre longevity. Keep petrol, oils and solvents away from the tyres. Check for damage and objects lodged in the tread before putting them away. Choose a cool, dry indoor space away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep tyres away from ozone sources, including electric motors with contact brushes. Store tyres without wheels upright; never hang them. Tyres fitted to wheels can lie flat or hang on suitable storage supports. Before the next season, have a tyre professional inspect them and check inflation against the vehicle handbook or tyre pressure placard.
