Kleber is our favorite budget allseason tyre. Why? If you look just at the tread, you wouldn't tell it apart from the great Michelin CrossClimate 2. But it's not a cheap knockoff, Kleber is actually owned by Michelin and while the performance is understandably not exactly the same, the compromise is on rolling resistance and sportiness, not safety. If you're looking for a non-premium allseason tyre, this is the one.
175/60 R15 doesn't belong to the most popular dimensions for allround tyres - there are 3 tyre models available, which can be compared to 155/60 R15, 170/60 R17, 160/60 R14. Let's break down the sizing - 60 is height of the tyre, which is calculated as 60% of the tyre width (175mm), which means the sidewall height has 105 mm. The wheel diameter is R15, which means it fits to a 15 inch/381mm diameter wheel. The total circumference of the tyre is 1856.68 mm, which is very similar to 205/45 R16(1856.37 mm), 185/50 R16(1857.94 mm), 195/60 R14(1852.28 mm), 195/40 R17(1846.63 mm), 165/80 R13(1866.73 mm), 165/70 R14(1842.86 mm), 165/65 R15(1870.82 mm). There are multiple speed indexes available for allround tyres in 175/60 R15: H(210km/h). The same goes for weight indexes: 81, 85.
